    CEO / PRESIDENT

    Manet is a multi award-winning Editor of full-length feature films. Her filmography includes such classics as “Jose Rizal,” “Magnifico,” “Ligaya ang Itawag Mo Sa Akin,” and “Sukob” to name just a few. She was also the Operations Manager and Managing Director of Roadrunner Network, Inc., a pioneering post production company in the Philippines. She is currently the President of the QCinema Film Foundation and a Board Member of the Movie & Television Review & Classification Board.

  • Rick Hawthorne

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Rick is an Australian national who has lived in Manila since 1983 when he set up the film laboratory for the National Media Production Center. In 1995, he established Starlab, the film processing laboratory of Roadrunner. Rick has expertise in Operations and Company Management.

  • Riza Cruz-Aguinaldo

    SENIOR POST-PRODUCTION PRODUCER

    Riza has spent almost two decades of her career assuming marketing and project management roles in both production and post-production. She manages a broad range of projects from feature films, broadcast television, advertisements, online series and everything in-between.

    She started her career in 2004 as a production assistant in Unitel Productions, Inc., a multi-media company in the Philippines producing and distributing content for varied platforms such as advertising, films and televisions where she learnt the different facets of film and advertising productions. She has produced independent films, ICU Bed #7 and Saan Nagtatago si Happiness? for Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival, documentaries and corporate videos.

    Riza has been in post-production in the industry since 2006 where she has witnessed the evolution of filmmaking from film to digital workflow. She worked as post-production producer in Roadrunner Network, Inc. where she handled film projects for big film production companies such as Star Cinema, GMA Films, Regal Films and Viva Films.

    As a senior and experienced member of the post team, Riza takes the lead on the project by establishing deadlines, assigning duties and overseeing quality control. As a leader, her goal is to ensure the projects get released on time and within budget and are delivered successfully to the client’s brief.

  • Eric Carlos

    SENIOR COLORIST

    Eric has been color grading TV commercials, feature films, documentaries, music videos and TV series for almost three decades. He has experience grading on film, video and digital platforms. Some of his works have been recognized by local and international award giving bodies such as MTV Music Awards, Gawad Urian, Asian Academy Creative Awards and Asian Television Awards. One of his specializations is grading for film restoration. When he is not busy coloring he conducts grading workshops in top universities.

  • Januario M. Umali

    SYSTEMS ENGINEER

    Nar started in the field of Broadcast and Film industry in 1992. He joined several post-productions pioneering in systems integration and equipment maintenance. With the advancement of computers he is also knowledgeable in Information Technology and a remarkable problem solver as well.

  • Pia Victoria A. Serna

    POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

    Pia began her career as a Film Restoration Artist, preserving the Philippine Cinematic Legacy and Cultural Heritage for future generations in 2015. She later transitioned to become a Post Production Coordinator, showcasing versatility in dealing with different personalities in the Film, Advertising and Media companies. Meticulous and efficient as she is, Pia always makes sure that our clients’ post production requirements are delivered in a timely, organized and smooth manner.

    VISUAL EFFECTS ARTIST

    James holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology specialized in Digital Animation from Forbes College Legazpi. He began his career as a VFX artist in 2017, contributing to TV series, commercials, and full-length feature films.

  • Niel - Rey B. Tesorero

    VISUAL EFFECTS ARTIST

    Rey is a graduate of Digital Illustration and Animation from Ateneo de Naga University. With a professional journey that began in 2014 as an Animator for two years, Rey transitioned to specialize in Compositing and VFX, accumulating extensive experience in TV and movie pipelines, as well as commercials. Rey keeps pace with tech changes, always studying and adopting new trends in the digital world.

    Kevin graduated from Asia Pacific College with a bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts. Kevin specializes as a 3D Simulator and Tracker. He seamlessly blends his technical prowess with artistic finesse, creating captivating visual experiences for feature films, television and online series and advertisements.

    EDITOR

    Steven, a 2017 graduate of Asia Pacific College's multimedia arts program, is a storytelling aficionado with a passion for filmmaking. He started his career as a segment producer from 2018 - 2020 at ABS-CBN Corporation. Steven is a hardworking and detailed oriented film and video editor.

  • Lotis B. Alpajora

    ASSISTANT EDITOR

    Lot started her artistic journey as an animator in 1999 and later on transitioned to video editing. She has played a pivotal role as an editor for TV dramas from 2014 to 2020 in ABS-CBN Corporation, one of the largest entertainment television production and media conglomerates in the Philippines. Lotis has assisted with various tasks including assembly and trimming scenes and reviewing video footage for the lead editors.

  • Lou Bernard Almazan

    FILM SPECIALIST

    Louie has a degree in Information Technology Major in Programming Language from System Technology Institute (STI). Louie started his career as a Photo Retoucher and has been part of the film restoration team. Louie was also trained to do color grading. To date, he has already scanned approximately 200 full-length feature films from big film productions in the Philippines such as Star Cinema and Viva Films.

  • Michael Joseph Rivera

    FILM RESTORATION ARTIST

    Mico holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Major in Advertising from Technological University of the Philippines. He started his career in Film Restoration in 2012 before he explored other opportunities as Creative Production Lead for a biotech manufacturing firm based in Singapore from 2017-2023. Mico was part of the pioneering group that digitally restored one of the Filipino classics, “Himala” by National Artist for film Ishmael Bernal, that had its world premiere at the prestigious Venice Film Festival.

    HR & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

    Florie is an experienced Human Resources Professional with more than 3 decades of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training, and Office Administration. She has been in the Post Production Industry since 1997 when she joined RoadRunner Network, Inc. where she played a vital role in the merging of 7 Post Production companies and manning of its Digital Film Center in Quezon City. She helped in the HR and Admin related set-up of Central Digital Lab in 2011 and continuously working with the management and its employees in achieving the company’s mission and vision.
